My self and My ambition.
Hey, my name is Saul Stewart Alvan and I'm 19 years old. The courses that I'm taking in Cosmopoint college is Culinary Arts. I have 6 sibling which is I'm I am the 3th son. So, talk about my self, when I was a kid I have no idea what I will do in my life and it's still happen even when I'm already in a secondary school. One day, when I was 16 years old my parents decide to do a business (restaurant). When I was 17 years old last year after I'm finish my spm, my father asking me to learn how to cook and he already asking the chef that working with us. That time when he already put a hope on me I was like " what should I do, I don't even have a talent and don't even know how to cook". But after 1 week in the kitchen it not bad actually and yes of course you will feel tired but there's no job that you will not feel tired. So I working with my father and on feb 2016 I've got an offer from Cosmopoint and I've made a discussion with my family and they agree that I continue study so I start my study on March 2016 but still working with my family and this time I already start be able to think about everything such as how hard to find a money, about my life and etc. Now the restaurant is almost 4 year and I really wish that I will be able to change the way people look at our restaurant and will make more attractive food and will be able to develop the restaurant. My ambition, like I said since I was a kid until in a secondary school I don't even know what should I do in my life until we have this restauran, an advice and all the things that my parents has been doing to teach me. From the day that I start working and learning with the chef at our restaurant, I know that I should continue cooking and it was my first ambition and now I'm still working to achieve my target in my life. I start to follow all the competition about cooking and hopefully it will make my way more clearly. That's all from me. Thank you.
